Return & Refund Policy

Online orders which are shipped will follow our online store return policy below:

Clothing items are returnable within seven (7) days of delivery. Return Authorization must be approved prior to the end of those seven (7) days. Carrier Tracking data will be used to determine this time.

Purses, Shoes, and Accessories are non-returnable.
All returns must be accompanied with original receipt and tags left on items.
Clearance and discounted items are non-returnable.

Our Online product selection is also available in our Brick-and-Mortar stores. In the event a product sells Online prior to removal due to the sell of the product In-Store, we will refund the sale in full within 24hrs. Depending on bank processing practices, funds may take up to 10 days to appear into your account.

We have a strenuous authentication process and are very careful to ensure pictures and descriptions are accurate for the item being purchased. If you have any questions about any of our items, feel free to email or call us prior to ordering any items and we will do our best to provide additional information or pictures so you can make an informed decision.
